At Pawan Institute, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund and Return Policy explains the terms under which customers can request refunds or returns for UPSC PDF notes purchased from us. By making a purchase, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Refund Policy for Digital Products (UPSC PDF notes)
No Return for Digital Products: Since PDFs are digital goods and instantly delivered via email or download link, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
You were charged twice for the same order.
The PDF was not delivered to your email/WhatsApp within 48 hours of successful payment.
You received a corrupted or unreadable file (and we are unable to provide a replacement within 24 hours).
Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be provided if:
You ordered the wrong book.
You no longer want the PDF after purchase.
You failed to download/open the PDF due to lack of proper device/software.
2. Refund & Return Policy for Physical Books (if applicable in future)
Eligibility for Returns: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
The book is damaged, torn, or defective on arrival.
You received the wrong book instead of what you ordered.
Conditions for Return:
The book must be unused and in its original condition.
The original invoice/receipt must be provided.
Customers must ship the book back at their own cost unless the error is from our side.
Refund Timeline: Once the returned book is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Refund Method
All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Bank Account) used at the time of purchase.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders for PDF Books cannot be cancelled once payment is made, since delivery is instant.
Orders for Physical Books may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
